When the product is finally removed, the packaging then completely opens up like a book but this makes closing the packaging that much more difficult to put back together. In fact, you cannot even see there is clear tape binding the package to begin with. I understand that seeing the unit from all angles while in the packaging can persuade a customer to buy the product, but it is a major pain removing the clear tape from all sides of the casing.
